I ordered this product hoping to receive a helpful product but at the end it became a let down. First the product was on backorder which was understandable then I received an email stating they attain the product earlier than expected and I will get it soon. Once I get "the product" I look and its NOTHING like the one I ordered. Instead I got the basic Clarisonic Mia not even the Pro Deluxe version and still got charged for the Pro Deluxe price which was like an $80 difference. I requested an exchange BUT the product is once again out of stock so they could only perform a return so all in all a horrible experience. No product at the end thus the bad review...

I suggest only ordering the product ONLY if they have it in stock and check right away that it's the right product.

What a great way to start and wind down your day. The Clarisonic Pro feels great on my face, and my skin DOES feel smoother. It is not too abrasive (enough to flake the skin) nor is it weak (no effect). My skin is clearer, softer, and seemingly less oily. I use this with Clinique and Origins skin products. It is easy to use, too! (I prefer the 2 minute regimen.) Seller is prompt and fast, too--I was so happy to receive this item so quickly! Thank you!

have the non pro model 3 speeds not four..

and the product is GREAT

it allows you to wash you face better then ever. its not for just the lazy washer its for people that want to clean there face and have best face skin.
great for younger people and older. can be soft or hard. i strongly suggest this product... i will be pawning my 3speed model off on a family member and get this newer PRO 4 speed one. the charges hold for a long time no need to attach it just drop it on the holder and its charging.

strongly suggested product great great thing price is not low other then that its 5 stars.
